Ryan Reynolds paid the writers of “Deadpool” out-of-pocket

Crazy ideas require desperate measures… It is demanded that Ryan Reynolds is a project in which he played a major role.

The film adaptation of the comic “Deadpool” was presented to a wide audience in early 2016. But the premiere could not take place, and indeed of the film, because Fox didn’t want to pay the additional writers who worked on the picture.

As a result, the funding of the author’s ideas of two writers engaged in to Reynolds personally. And it seems it has paid off.

“The creative core of the team we were, Ryan and directed by Tim Miller. It is curious that Fox didn’t pay us for participating in the filming — paid Ryan Reynolds out of their own pockets,” said Rhett Reese TV channel AMC.

According to Reese, the creation of “Deadpool” in total took six years and required a lot of resources.

In sum, the budget of the film was $ 60 million. In world hire the film showed a super-result – has brought its creators $ 780 million.

Currently planned filming of the sequel, which will begin in 2017.
