McGee signed a cooperation contract with 20th Century Fox TV
Director and producer mcg (“Terminator: salvation”) signed a multi-year contract with 20th Century Fox TV, under which it will develop, shoot and produce projects for the Studio through their company-producer Wonderland Sound & Vision. On it informs edition Deadline.
McGee, who previously worked on the same contract for the Freeform channel and Studio ABC Studios/ABC Signature, removed the pilot episode TV version of “Lethal weapons” for sister Studio 20th TV, Fox and Warner Bros. TV. The pilot was well received and the series, which will premiere this fall on Fox, is ordered to the production.
“Mcg is a fantastic Director, his energy infects everything it touches, and we were his fans for many years – said in a statement one of the managers of 20th TV johnny Davis. – Seeing what he did with “Lethal weapon,” we have seen in their own right – such a talent should work for us.”
Mcg is the Executive producer of the TV series of Freeform “Twilight hunters” (currently shooting the second season of the series and a veteran of The CW’s “Supernatural.”
In addition to creating television content Wonderland Sound & Vision recently shot the feature-length Comedy “working girl.” and finishes production of the Comedy horror film “babysitter” for New Line, with mcg as the Director.
