Acrylic nails also called fake nails are artificial nails that are pasted on natural nails. Women have a feeling that if they wear such nails they look much more pretty and feminine. • At first the hands should be cleaned and sprayed with anti-bacterial solution.
• The cuticles should be pushed back with an orangewood stick.
• Then the shine of the nail must be buffed off with a 100/180 grit file.
• Once the nails become dry and clean then the acrylic tips should be put after glue is put on the nails. The size of the nails should be filed until they fit the tips perfectly. The nails should also be adjusted in a way that they do not get crooked.
• Then the acrylic nails should be trimmed according to the desired length.
• Finally the liquid acrylic should be mixed with the powdered acrylic in a dampen dish and applied on the nails like nail polish. But one should avoid applying the mixture on the natural nail bed as that may develop into fungi on the nails.
