Last weekend took place the ceremony of the Grammy. This award considered the “Oscar” of the music world and, therefore, it highlights the best of the best. This year the struggle was fierce. The leader by quantity of nominations was Beyonce. The statue of Mrs. Carter claims in nine categories.
One nomination less than the three artists – Rihanna, Kanye West and Drake.
Who in the end left the evening with a triumphant gramophones?
The title “record of the year” went to Adele’s single “Hello”. She also became the “Song of the year”. Much to the disappointment for Beyonce, she has failed to break the record for the number of collected awards. What to say, she didn’t even come close to this figure. On account of beyoncé were just two of the gramophone.
Despite the large number of dominancy, no awards this evening was Rihanna. This situation is very surprised many of her fans who even said about the bribery of the election results.
Note that your well-deserved “Grammy” posthumously received the David Bowie. The musician, who died in January 2016, had a chance to finish working on the album Blackstar, which eventually took three statuettes.
