Terms & Conditions and Instructions for Freelancers

1. Use Times New Roman Font, Size 12 only. No bold formatting allowed (universal for heading and body of the article).
2. Start a new article on a new page
3. ALL articles should be UNIQUE, not copy-pasted from any website and should be written in your own words. Do not copy sentences or phrases from any site. We have an EXTRMELY strict policy against plagiarism of any kind, and any work found be composed of plagiarised information will remain unpaid. If quoting someone or including some information, ALWAYS mention the source of the information (give a link if possible)
4. Do not make any punctuation/spelling/grammar errors in the article. Use spell check for convenience.
5. Do not use special characters in your article, i.e. “décor” should be “decor”.
6. File naming convention: TopicName-NumberOfArticles-Date-WriterName.docx. Example: wood-furniture-5-13march-bhaskar.docx

Keyword Density

Keyword density is the number of times a keyword or phrase appears on a web page compared to the total number of words on the page.

Keyword Content Writing

1. The article should have the minimum no. of words as specified in the requirements of the project.
2. The heading of the article should be descriptive, informative and interesting.
3. The keyword should be used in the body of the article (in an unchanged form) a specific number of times as specified by the Keyword Density percentage, i.e. In an article on “teak bedroom furniture”, which is 300 words long, and the required K.D. is 1%, the keyword, “teak bedroom furniture” should be used exactly 3 times. Do not OVERUSE any particular keyword.
4. Mark keywords used in the article in bold format.
5. Use bullet-points/subheadings in the articles wherever required. This is recommended to make the article easy to read and interesting.

Remuneration

The Payment rate will range from a minimum of $1 (Rs.500) per 500 words to $4 (Rs.200) per 500 words. All dues will be cleared on the 5^th working day of the subsequent month, i.e. work done in May 2011, will be compensated on 5^th working day of June.

The company can decide to clear dues in form of cash/ cheque/ bank transfer as per discretion of the management.

Other Information:

1. Freelancers will be given a particular deadline for a specific project and must submit the project on or before the specified date/time.
2. If the freelancer fails to do so for any reason, the company is entitled to deduct 50% – 70% of the compensation for the same.
3. It is also the discretion of the company whether to accept late submissions or not (if the work is not accepted, it will remain fully unpaid).
4. After your submission has been accepted – the work (assignment/job) in any and every form BECOMES THE PROPERTY OF AYRESEARCH.COM, and you cannot republish/reproduce it in your own name; neither can you resell or distribute it in any form. Doing so, without prior written approval from us is illegal.
5. In case the editorial board finds grammar errors, spelling errors, factual errors, sentence construction errors, punctuation errors, or any form of plagiarism, the writing will be outright rejected and remain unpaid. You will be shown why your submission has been rejected.
6. It is upon the discretion of the company whether to give you a chance to rectify your mistakes or not.

THE DECISIONS OF THE MANAGEMENT IS FINAL AND IRREVOCABLE IN CASE OF ANY DISPUTE.

The MOST Important Aspects of Content Writing:

1. Your work must be accurate, factual and WELL RESEARCHED. Your writing must have a personality and be written in an easy-to-understand English language.
2. The importance of GOOD research cannot be emphasized enough. Your articles must provide value to the reader. The reader should not feel that reading your article was a waste of time.
3. The content should be informative and not just re-written version of already published articles on the internet.
