Died a former producer and member of AC/DC’s George young

His colleagues expressed their grief on the social network

This morning on the official page of the legendary rock band AC/DC in “Facebook” reported about the death of 70-year-old George young, older brother of the founders of the band Malcolm and Angus.

With a heavy heart, the participants recognized that it was difficult to find a more dedicated and professional songwriter, producer, mentor and brother. Without his help and guidance it would not be AC/DC, says the publication.

In 1964 George played in the Australian band the Easybeats. In collaboration with it was born the international hits “Friday on My Mind” and “Love Is in the Air”. He was responsible for the production of the first six albums for AC/DC, which also acted as a bass guitarist.
