Hollywood actor Ashton Kutcher became the reason for anti-sexist statements by actress Natalie Portmanmade on the pages of the British edition of Marie Claire. According to the artist, her fee for the film “More than sex” was three times less than paying a similar work of her partner in the film Ashton Kutcher.
“I’ve never been so humiliated. as it was then. I mean, we all paid good, but not equal huge. I don’t think women and men are more or less capable, we just have a clear problem with women who do not have the opportunity to realize themselves. We must become part of the solution, not perpetuate it,” said Portman.
Ashton, though specified in such an unpleasant context, made a statement in which he said he was proud of his partner and all the women in Hollywood who are not afraid to speak on this subject.
“So proud of Natalie Portman and all the women who fought for equality in Hollywood” — Ashton wrote on his page on Twitter posted a link to an interview with Portman.
Recall that Natalie is not the only actress who complained about big difference in pay for men and women of labor in Hollywood.
